Attention: Mr Jim Richardson, Mr. Gillespie

In January 1997 I had the misfortune of having my 1989 G. M. C. pickup trunk stolen. Fortunately the vehicle was located out of town shortly after, but it was smashed severly.

After the police inspection of the stolen truck was finalized, I had the final say in where my vehicle would be taken for repair and servicing. I choose Gillespie Pontiac – Buick partly because I was impressed with your body shop facilities which I had viewed approximately one year earlier, while my truck was in your automotive service shop for some service and secondly because of the positive attitude of two of your employees, Mr Bernie Law and body shop foreman Steve Leblanc who allowed me to view your body shop facilities at that time.

It appeared to me that the body shop was equipped with the most up to date equipment available, and secondly the facilities were clean which created a positive clear image of any work to be completed.

I certainly was not disappointed as the repairs to my pickup were done quickly and thoroughly the first time without any hassle what so ever. When the use of a new rental vehicle through my insurance had expired, Steve offered me the use of a loaner vehicle for a few more days at no additional cost which I also appreciated.

My thanks to “EVERYONE” involved who worked so diligently to satisfy my needs. This includes your friendly receptionist at Gillespies by the name of Pam, Mr Bernie Law, Body Shop foreman Mr Steve Leblanc; Steves fine body techs., and Steves “secretary – receptionist” Elizabeth who was equally efficient in all her dealings with me.

Mr Richardson and Mr Gillespie; I truly feel that you have a fine working team at your dealership. I hope that you will acknowledge their efforts; each and everyone of them.
